At Goldstone OD, we believe that a healthy, high-performance culture benefits everyone, from clinicians and teams to the patients in their care. Healthcare is a high-pressure environment, and the demands placed upon doctors and multidisciplinary teams can contribute to stress, conflict and burnout. We help individuals and teams navigate these challenges, strengthening leadership, collaboration and resilience so that people can perform at their best and provide the highest standard of care.

Goldstone OD is built on deep, first-hand experience in healthcare. As a former Director of Organisational Development in the NHS, I have supported numerous teams and clinical departments to improve culture, resolve conflict and grow strong, confident leaders. This real-world expertise means our team and leadership interventions are tailored, realistic and designed to make a sustainable difference.

We are passionate about delivering meaningful, measurable change. We do not just provide leadership coaching or team facilitation; we help create environments where people feel valued, supported and able to contribute their best. Whether we are guiding a clinician through a career challenge or helping a team move from discord to collaboration, we bring the expertise, insight and structure needed to enable transformation and foster a culture of excellence.

Matthew France

I enable clinical teams and their leaders to perform at their best by turning conflict, overwhelm and dysfunction into collaboration, confidence and high performance.

Across health care, education and financial services, I’ve helped teams break through impasses, repair relationships, align their goals and collectively raise their game, delivering measurable improvements in patient care, team satisfaction and service delivery.

My approach is direct, diagnostic and developmental. I work alongside team members and their leaders, asking tough questions, fostering constructive dialogue and strengthening interpersonal trust. Often, this starts with one-to-one or team coaching, creating a space for reflection, understanding and renewal, and evolves into broader interventions when the team is ready for transformation. The result is sustainable change, not a brief intervention, but a permanent upward shift in culture and performance.

I’m passionate about developing people to lead their own change. Whether through team workshops, 360 diagnostics, action-learning sets or executive coaching, I enable individuals and teams to grow their capacity for collaboration, innovation and resilience.

This passion comes from a deep understanding, forged through extensive experience and a lifelong practice of reflection, that when people feel heard, valued and challenged to grow, their ability to make a profound and lasting, positive impact is multiplied.
