At Goldstone OD, we believe that a positive, high-performance culture benefits everyone; clinicians, teams, and ultimately, patients. Healthcare is demanding, and the pressures on doctors and medical teams can lead to stress, conflict, and burnout. We help individuals and teams navigate these challenges, strengthening leadership, collaboration, and resilience so that people can thrive in their roles and deliver the best possible care.

 

Goldstone OD was founded on deep experience in healthcare. As a former Associate Director of Organisational Development in the NHS, I have worked across multiple teams and clinical departments to improve culture, resolve team challenges, and develop strong, confident leaders. This first-hand understanding of the healthcare system means our coaching and team development work is grounded in real-world experience, offering practical, tailored solutions that create lasting change.

 

We are committed to making a meaningful difference. We don’t just offer leadership coaching or team facilitation; we help create environments where people feel valued, supported, and able to perform at their best. Whether working with an individual doctor facing a career challenge or a team struggling with discord, we provide the expertise, insight, and structured approach needed to rebuild trust, enhance collaboration, and embed a culture of excellence.

I believe the key to meaningful change lies in the power of learning and development that challenges the status quo, sparks personal growth, and fosters leadership to drive lasting impact.

Whether leading large-scale organisational culture change, coaching leaders, or designing transformative learning experiences, I am on a mission to create environments where individuals and teams can thrive and unlock their full potential.

For me, learning isn’t just about acquiring new skills; it’s about creating peak experiences that shift mindsets, inspire action, and ignite change. Throughout a career covering education, healthcare, finance sector, and OD consultancy, I have been focused on developing cultures where development is not just a process, but a way of life.

I have led the design of people strategies and leadership development programmes that have transformed organisational cultures, aligned leadership mindsets with organisational needs, and ultimately improved performance and satisfaction.

My belief in the power of learning goes beyond just the workplace. As an avid rock climber and lifelong practitioner of yoga and mindfulness, I know that the best learning experiences come from pushing beyond your limits and embracing the challenges that life throws at you. I bring this mindset into my work, encouraging others to stretch beyond what they think is possible, to take risks, and to continuously evolve.

My personal motivation isn’t just about transformation for its own sake; it’s about creating a ripple effect that empowers individuals and organisations to make a lasting, positive impact in the world. I am driven by a simple yet powerful belief that people are infinitely capable of amazing results when given the the right environment, the right tools and processes, and cultures that allow them shape the future.
